Have a high amount of equity in your home?
Do you live in the home as your primary residence?
If your answer is “Yes” to all of the above, please contact me and we will create a proposal and give you the various options that are available. The proposal will give you an idea of how much you can borrow and what types of loans available.
We will ask you for the following information to create your proposal: current income, loan amount on your home now, if any, age/date of birth, and estimated value of your home.
After reviewing your options, you will need to sign up for reverse mortgage counseling. This is done by an approved, neutral third-party professional. They will give you further information, facts, and help you understand so that you have all the information you need to make the best decision.
Typically, the whole transaction takes 30-60 days, depending on how long it takes to obtain the appraisal and documentation for the loan file.
